The unit was clean and ready for use when we arrived. The fact that a new, and still in its original packaging lock, was included ... The unit was clean and ready for use when we arrived. The fact that a new, and still in its original packaging lock, was included in the initial cost and waiting inside the unit was especially nice. I like that the coded gate entry gave extra security to the facility. The only downside (not really the correct word) is that there's no entry after 10 p.m., there's no interior lighting in the non-temperatuee controlled units, and the exterior security lights need to be brighter for the units in the very back of the site. Other than that, we're 100% satisfied. Although there isn't anyone stationed on-site, the lady who answered my call was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering every question I had. Our daughter will only need this extra storage for 5 or 6 months, but if storage is ever needed again in the future, we'll definitely be a returning customer!

I was able to secure a unit online with ease. Drive right passed the place even though there was a LARGE white painted sign. The units ... I was able to secure a unit online with ease. Drive right passed the place even though there was a LARGE white painted sign. The units are behind another building. It was a bit tight for us to get into. 25' truck with a 25' trailer... However was able to back down the road with ease. The unit had a green seal on it...easily removed Once open, there was a new lock in the package. The unit was clean as well as the outside area. Door opened and closed smoothly. There are security cameras in place along with coded entrance. Overall, very happy with the experience.
